Critical infrastructure housing high-value digital equipment, server matrices, and archival records—such as data centers, electrical substation vaults, and museums—cannot be protected with traditional water sprinklers. Our Gas Extinguishing Control System acts as the intelligent master brain that monitors these critical zones and orchestrates the deployment of clean agent gaseous suppression (like FM200 or CO2) with split-second precision.

Sophisticated Cross-Zoning Logic Controls

To ensure expensive clean agents are never discharged accidentally via a single faulty sensor, the panel employs strict cross-zoning safety logic. The system requires confirmation from two separate detectors on independent field loops (Zone 1 and Zone 2) before initiating a discharge count. Once verified, the panel executes countdown actions: it halts ventilation fans, drops fire doors to isolate the room, and then fires a solenoid pulse to flood the area with gas.

It is a manual button that allows a person to temporarily stop the countdown of gas release if they determine the alarm is false.

The system uses clean extinguishing agents (like FM-200 or Novec 1230) that are gas-based and non-conductive. It extinguishes fires by removing heat and oxygen at a molecular level, leaving no residue behind, which keeps sensitive servers and electronics completely safe.

When a second detector confirms smoke, Stage 2 activates. The panel triggers high-intensity distinct sounders, stops ventilation fans, closes fire dampers, and begins a programmed countdown (typically 30 seconds) before releasing the gas to allow safe evacuation.
